GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS
Bold Compressor water separators were designed for the evacuation of the water drops and particles contained in the compressed air and gases. Due to the Bold Compressor special design, the created uninterrupted centrifugal power is evacuating the residues with a slight pressure difference, thus providing maximum energy saving.
Bold Compressor water separators with Aluminum housing offer to their customers are a rich variety of products ranging from 1/4” to 3” connection diameters size and up to debits of 2200m3/ hour (1294 scfm).
Although the water separators are effective at high temperatures, they cannot hold 100% of the oil in the air. For this reason, the systems should definitely use also the filters necessary to separate the remaining oil and water particles in the air.
Note: It is included as standard in the automatic evacuation products. Both the inner and outer surface of the products was coated with electrostatic powder paints.
Flanged Water separator
Bold Compressor flanged water separators were designed for the elimination of the water drops and particles in the compressed air and gases. Due to the design special for Bold Compressor, uninterrupted centrifugal power is generated and the evacuation is done with a very low-pressure difference.
This feature provides maximum angry saving.
Bold Compressor flanged water separators are presented to the customers in a wide variety of products with flanged connections ranging between DN80 PN16 – DN200 and debits up to 14000m3 / hour (8236 scfm). Whenever you need larger sizes please contact the Bold Compressor sales team).
